Honey Glaze Chicken Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1 t. salt
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. margarine, melted
4-6 chicken breasts

Honey Glaze Sauce:
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 T. soy sauce
1 t. curry powder
1/4 c. margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, salt, and cayenne pepper together in a plastic bag. Drop chicken into bag and shake to coat. Pour margarine on a baking sheet. Place flour coated chicken on baking sheet and turn to coat both sides with margarine. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Directions for honey glaze:
Combine all ingredients. You may need to microwave sauce for easier pouring. Pour glaze over chicken breasts until well coated. Bake chicken for an additional 25 minutes. Serve over rice.
