1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
¾ c. grated Parmesan cheese
¾ c. mayonnaise (light optional)
½ c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (reduced fat optional)
½ tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon the mixture into 9-inch pie plate. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with Ritz crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
