2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 T. finely chopped green pepper
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimentos, drained
Parsley sprigs
Radish roses
1/4 c. grated carrot
1 tsp. seasoned salt
a few dashes garlic powder
3 T. sesame seeds, toasted
Carrot curls
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, carrots, celery, green pepper, pimento, salt, and garlic powder; stir until well blended. Refrigerate until firm, at least two hours. Shape into a ball and roll in sesame seeds until completely coated. Place in serving dish and decorate with parsley sprigs, carrot curls and radish roses. Serve with crackers.
Note: To toast sesame seeds, place in shallow baking dish and toast at 300 degrees for 10 minutes.
