Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5-6 cups plain flour
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
1 cup hot water
2 eggs (room temperature)
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt in bowl. Stir well. Add margarine. Add hot water. Add eggs. Beat for 1 minute with an electric mixer. Lay mixer aside. Stir in remaining flour with wooden spoon. (This step may not take all of the remaining flour. Only add enough to form a workable dough that is not sticky.) Turn out onto floured board. Knead 3-5 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap, then a towel. Let rest for 15-20 minutes. Punch down. Shape any desired shape. Refrigerate 2-48 hours. When ready to use, let stand out of refrigerator for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top. Just before taking out of the oven, brush tops of rolls with melted butter or oil. These rolls may be frozen before cooking. Just take out of the freezer and let thaw before putting in the oven.
