1lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. course black pepper
Several garlic cloves (crushed)
˝ c. onion
1 box shell noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 jar spaghetti sauce
16 oz. cheddar cheese

Sauté onions and garlic.
Brown meat.
Season with pepper and salt.
Cook shells according to directions.
Toss with butter when finished.
Mix meat, sauce, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Add into pasta. Place in a 9x13” pan and top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
