1 lb. crawfish tails.
1 stick butter.
2 tablespoons flour
2 toes garlic, chopped.
1/2 cup bell pepper.
1 large onion, chopped.
1/2 cup celery, chopped.
1 tablespoon parsley.
1 cup mushrooms.
Salt, black and red pepper to taste.

Melt butter in pan and add chopped onions, bell pepper, celery. Sauté vegetable until they become clear. Add garlic. Mix flour and a water in a cup then add to vegetable. Add mushrooms. Add water. Immediately put crawfish in mixture and cook a little while, but not too long about 10 minutes. Add parsley. Enjoy.

My family really enjoys this recipe. Serve it with rice. This recipe can be double or triple, just do not use too much butter.
