1 large box lemon jello
1/2 cup hot water
juice of 1 lemon or orange
1/2 cup sugar
1 can of evaporated milk, whipped
graham cracker crumbs
1 can crushed pineapple (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello and hot water, put in ice box until it starts to set, then whip jello. Add sugar and juice to whipped milk, then add whipped jello. Pour into graham cracker lined pan (9 x 12). Cover top with graham cracker crumbs.

Aunt Gladys added drained crushed pineapple so I do also but the recipe doesn't mention it.
