1 1/2 pound Flakey white fish
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tsp soy sauce
4 tsp chopped green onion
3 tsp grated fresh ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, Wrap fish in foil, salt and pepper to taste, pour ingredient over raw fish, wrap tightly in foil, ( Do not let juices escape) Bake at 350 for 20 or 25 minutes. Remove from oven, pour 3 tsp. peanut oil ( very hot smoking) over bake fish, serve over rice or any type pasta.
