2 lbs. frozen hash browns (Southern Style), thawed
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup onion (optional), chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
10 oz. package cheddar cheese, shredded

2 cups crushed corn flakes
2 tbsps. butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Mix topping in separate bowl. Sprinkle topping over cheese mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
