Pam (spray) or butter
Lemon Juice
Parsley flakes
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Mayonnaise
Sour Cream
Sweet Onion (Hula)
Chives
Tomatoes
fresh Dill
Olives
Dill Relish
fresh parsley to garnish

Directions:

Pan fry thawed halibut on medium to med-hi with Pam or butter, lemon juice, parsley flakes, garlic powder and onion powder. When done, separate and mix together with the rest of the ingredients.

This recipe drove me crazy because when cooking I need exact numbers, etc, but really, whatever amount of any ingredient you use will be fabulous. It is best if made a few hours ahead of time or even left overnight in refrigerator so that everything can blend together! Serve with crackers, or use as a spread on bread or bagels. Again, always better the following day and always a BIG hit with company!
