1 cut up chicken
1 medium onion
3 stalks celery
3 carrots
5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. Home Again Chicken flavor stock
1/2 tbsp. fresh cracked pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
1 - 2 handful's of noodles of choice
3 tsp. corn starch

Cover cut up chicken with water, bring to boil and simmer for 1 hour. Remove chicken and refrigerate. Refrigerate broth overnight. Skim fat from broth and discard. Heat broth in pot. Add onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook until softened. Add deboned and deskinned chicken. Add about 1 qt. of water. Add basil, pepper and chicken flavor stock. Add noodles and cook until softened. Add cornstarch with 1/2 c. water to soup. Bring to quick boil to thicken broth and serve.
