1 lb lean ground beef (I substitute ground turkey)
1 lrg can diced tomatoes
1 small can stewed tomatoes
1 can rotel
1 can white or yellow hominy (drained) (I omit this)
1 can whole corn ( I add 2 cans in place of hominy)
1 can chopped green chilies
1 pkg taco seasoning

Brown ground beef/turkey in large pot, add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and cheese on top if desired.
