Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 rack pork baby back ribs
BBQ sauce
Tony Chacheres Creole seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Remove membrane from the backside of the ribs. Using a knife, start at one end to pull up enough to get a corner, and then pull all the way across the ribs. Sprinkle with the Tony Chacheres dry rub (any seasoning rub will work) on both sides of the ribs. For best results, let sit overnight or at least 15 minutes.

Grill or broil each side for 2 minutes. Then put them in a deep roasting pan with a meat rack (can cut in half if they don't fit) meaty-side up. Put 1/4" of water in the bottom and cover the pan with foil, seal tightly. Cook in a 225º oven for 4-5 hours. The longer you cook them, the more tender they will be. Remove from oven and brush with your favorite BBQ sauce. Grill or broil for a couple minutes on each side until sauce caramelizes. Serve with a side of BBQ sauce and enjoy.

I taught my wife to do these ribs. They are her best meat dish. We love Famous Dave's and Cattlemen's BBQ sauces.
