Ingredients:  
First Layer: 1/2 cup butter, 5 tbls cocoa, 5 tbls sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups graham cracker (crushed), 1 cup coconut, 1/2 cup nuts.
Second Layer: 4 tbls butter (soft), 3 tbsp milk, 3 tbsp vanilla pudding mix (not instant), 2 cups powdered sugar.
Third Layer: 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 tbsp milk, 1tbsp butter.

Directions:
First Layer: Put first 5 ingredients in double boiler and cook until thick. Then mix the graham crackers, coconut, and nuts together and stir in to mixture, press into a buttered (9x13)pan.
Second Layer: Then mix 4 tablespoons softened butter, the milk, vanilla pudding mix, and powdered sugar and spread on the first layer.
Third Layer: Melt together the third layer ingredients and spread it on second layer.
Cool and eat!!
