Ingredients:
5lbs Apple
Cinnamon and Nutmeg to taste

Topping
1 cup flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3-1/2 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and slice apples into a 13x7 pan. After the apples fill up to 1.5 inches up the side of the pan, (they shrink a lot when baked) sprinkle on cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a bowl, mix the topping ingredients until crumbly. Then sprinkle the topping over the apples and cinnamon and dot with margarine/butter.
Bake at 375*F until the top becomes golden or until a fork comes out clean after it is inserted into the crisp. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes after it comes out of the oven or it will cry.
Cover with whipped cream and enjoy.
Note: You can add oatmeal to the topping mix for additional texture.
