Chuck Steak
1 onion - chopped
1 clove of garlic - 3-4 slices
1 can of Crushed Tomatoes (28oz.)
Salt & Pepper
Oregano
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Chuck Steak in Olive Oil, take steak out of pan when browned. Add onion, garlic and sauté until soft. Add the can of Crushed Tomatoes to the Pan. Return the steak to the pan. Add salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour or until steak is tender. Serve with linguine.
