1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 t. prepared horseradish
1 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
2 T. sugar
1 t. lemon juice
4 T. apple cider (may subsitute apple juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate one hour before serving. Excellent on chicken, pork and seafood. Adds an extra kick to potato salad and cole slaw. Makes about 2 cups of sauce. Store in refrigerator.
