2 1/2 lbs. small red-skinned potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1 T. butter or margarine
salt/pepper
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into pieces
2 t. chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain. Return potatoes to pot over low heat. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Mash using a potato masher. Stir in cream cheese until melted and well-blended. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
