8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can Hormel chili with meat
8 oz. pkg. taco seasoned shredded cheese
1 bunch scallions, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread cream cheese in bottom of shallow 9x13 baking dish. Spread chili evenly over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle cheese over chili layer. Sprinkle scallions on top. Bake until bubbly and slightly brown on top and around the edges, about 30 minutes. Allow to stand and thicken 5 minutes before serving. Serve with nacho chips.
