Large pkg. lemon jello
Large can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1 cup for sauce)
8 oz pkg. cream cheese
12 oz Cool Whip

SAUCE:
1 cup pineapple juice
3 T. plain flour
1/2 cup sugar
Coconut & Pecans to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make jello according to packaged instructions, add drained
pineapple. Let set until almost firm, but not dry.
2. Blend cream cheese, add cool whip & mix well.
Place on top of jello.
3. Cook sauce over low heat until thick. Cool and place on top
of cheese mixture.
4. On top of the sauce mixture, pack firmly the coconut and
pecans.
