2 cups flour
2 tsps. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup softened butter or margarine
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
½ cup milk
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen

Crumb Topping (mix together to form coarse crumbs)
½ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ cup softened butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter gradually, beat in sugar. Add egg and milk, beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients; fold in blueberries. Spread batter into a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cut into squares.
