1 C Sugar
1/4 C Vegetable Oil
3 large eggs
1 C canned pumpkin
1/4 C water
2 1/4 C flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 C mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400. Stir together sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin & water; set aside.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, spice & salt. Stir in pumpkin mixture; stir in chocolate chips.

Fill greased muffic cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
