1-2 bananas, mashed
1 egg, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
11/2 tsp. baking powder
¾ cup sugar
½ cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together bananas, egg, oil, and vanilla flavoring. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour banana mixture in it. Bake at 375º in a 8 x 8 square pan for about 20 minutes.
