8 oz. cream cheese
2 T milk
2 1/2 oz. (diced) dried beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
3 T. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
dash pepper
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts

Blend the milk and cream cheese together. Add the remainder of the ingredients, except nuts. Spread in a greased pie plate and top with pecans. Bake @ 350º for about 20 minutes until heated through and beginning to brown slightly. Serve warm with crackers.

I typically do not put the green pepper in and Wheatsworth crackers go well with it. The dried beef can be found in the "lunchmeat" section of the meat department. It comes very thinly sliced in the package.
