3 C flour
2 pkg. yeast
3 C milk
3/4 C lard, melted
3/4 C sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs or 4 yolks, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle yeast over 3 cups flour. Scald milk and let cool slighty. Pour over flour and yeast. Beat and let sit til it bubbles.

Beat lard, sugar, salt and beaten eggs, then add 3-4 more cups flour.

Knead til smooth; let raise. Shape into balls & let rise. Bruwsh with butter. Bake at 350º until golden brown.
