1/4 onion grated
11/4 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
2 tsp. Salt
2/3 C. Vinegar
2 C. Canola oil
3 Tbl. Poppy seeds

Wisk together onion, sugar, mustard, salt with small amount of vinegar.
Alternate oil and vinegar while wisking.
Add seeds last.
Mix well until a creamy color

Pour into large container with lid. Shake well before serving. Store
in Refrigerator.
