1 German Chocolate Cake mix
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 sticks melted oleo
10 oz caramels
12 oz pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 8x12 pan. Preheat oven to 325º. Mix together dry cake mix, oleo and nuts and 1/3 cup canned milk. Pat 1/2 of mixture in pan and bake it for 6 min.

Melt the caramels and other 1/3 cup milk. Put chocolate chips over baked cake dough, then layer melted caramels. Spoon on rest of cake mixture on top. Bake 30 minutes or until done. Cool completely before cutting.
