1 round angel food cake
2 packages chocolate chips
4 eggs, separated
2 T. sugar
1 pint whipping cream, whipped
1 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Melt choc. chips in a double boiler, add beaten egg yolks. Cook a few minutes. Cool. Add beaten egg whites to which sugar has been added. Fold in whipped cream.
Divide cake and break into bite size pieces. Put half of cake bits in a 9x12 inch pan. Pour 1/2 of choc. mixture over it. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the nuts. Then add remaining 1/2 cake and the rest of the choc. mixture and nuts. Refrigerate over night.
