3 large cans Progresso peeled tomatoes
2 large cans Progresso crushed tomatoes
1 large can of Progresso tomato paste
8 pork spare ribs
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
Basil, fresh and chopped
Oregano, fresh and chopped
Parsley, fresh and chopped
Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
One Bay Leaf
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of pan with olive oil. Heat oil to just about boiling. Add all spare ribs. Cook spare ribs until redness has subsided. Add chopped cloves of garlic and chopped onion. Stir to prevent garlic from burning and onions from sticking. Add a touch of the spices. Add cans of tomatoes. Blend one of the peeled tomato cans and crush the other two with your hands for texture. Bring whole mix to a boil and add the rest of the spices. Let boil for 1 hour, stirring frequently.

Add 1 can of water and 1 can of tomato paste. Reduce heat to a simmer and let cook all day.
