¾ cup sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 tbsps. flour
½ tsp. vanilla
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
2 cups fresh peaches or sour cherries, pitted
Pie Crust

Topping

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
¼ cup melted butter
½ tsp. cinnamon (if you use peaches)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients together. Blend in sour cream, egg and vanilla. Fold in peaches or cherries. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer. (Can bake a little longer, go by looks). The top should be slightly brown. Cool in refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving. Serve very cold.
