"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

2 large chicken breast (8-10 oz)

1 bottle Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

8 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

1 cup mozzarella cheese

Cook chicken by simmering in water for approx. 30 minutes(in a saucepan with water covering the chicken).

When cooked through, shred using a fork. (works best if you use 1 fork to hold the chicken, and 1 to shred)

While the chicken is cooking, spread cream cheese in a square casserole dish.

Top with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Simmer shredded chicken in buffalo sauce for approx. 5 minutes.

Pour over cream cheese.

Top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake dip at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serving Suggestions

serve with celery and tostitos...DELICIOUS!
