1 lb Pork or Beef
Pork Marinade
1 t. Soy Sauce
1 t. Salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 t Cornstarch
4 T. Water or Chicken Broth
1 t. Cornstarch
1 chopped Onion
Chinese Vegetables
Water Chestnuts
Snow Peas
Celery

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into strips, adding seasonings and cornstarch last. Marinate 10-15 min. Wisk ingredients for sauce and set aside. Cut celery and mix all veggies together. Slightly cook meat then: put in Dutch Oven and add Vegetables. Pour sauce over vegetables. Add a little water, if needed to cook. Only cook until vegetables are still crisp. Eat over Rice.
