1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ c white chips
1 tbsp. shortening (do not use butter, margarine or oil)
Fresh strawberries rinsed and patted dry (about 2 pints)

Directions:
Directions:
Line tray with waxed paper.
Place chocolate chips, white chips and shortening in medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute.
If necessary microwave an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted.
Holding top, dip bottom two-thirds of each strawberry into melted mixture. Shake gently to remove excess. Place on prepared tray.
Refrigerate 1 hour until coating is firm. Cover.
For best results use within 24 hours.
