3 bags pizza dough (split for 6 loaves)
1 ½ lbs. provolone
1 lb. wafer sliced pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough. Cover with a layer of pepperoni and a layer of cheese. Roll into a loaf, being sure to tuck in sides and place seam down on cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Don’t be alarmed if the filling seeps out. You can always trim or stuff excess back in (or eat it of course). Cool and wrap in foil.
