Chocolate cake from a store bought mix (Duncan Hines Chocolate Butter is a good one). Use two round cake pans.

Frosting
2 tbsps. instant Folgers coffee crystals
1 cup hot fudge ice cream topping
4 cups Cool Whip (divided into 2 cups and 2 cups)
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare store bought cake mix in 2 round pans.

To make frosting:
Combine coffee crystals and hot fudge over low heat in a medium saucepan. Cool. Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip (must be thawed) and spread on bottom cake layer. Place top layer on. Fold in remaining 2 cups of Cool Whip and frost the entire cake.
