1 pkg. frozen leaf spinach
3 eggs
3 oz. cream cheese
½ lb. cottage cheese
½ lb. feta cheese, crumbled
1 ½ cups Bisquick
1 cup milk

Topping:
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
½ cup Bisquik
¼ lb. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw spinach and squeeze dry; set aside. Mix eggs, cream cheese, cottage cheese, and feta by hand. Add spinach, Bisquick, and milk. Pour mixture into greased 9x13 baking dish.

For topping, mix Bisquick and feta and evenly sprinkle over mixture in baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Cut into small squares and serve warm.
