6 c apple juice
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 c honey
3 tablespoonful lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon rind
1 can (2 1/2 c) unsweetened pineapple juice

Heat cider & cinnamon. Boil covered 5 min. Add remaining ingredients simmer 5 min.
