Mozzarella Cheese 21/2x21/2x1/2

Flour

2 eggs, beaten

Salt and pepper

Bread crumbs

Butter and olive oil for frying
Directions:
Directions:
Cut cheese, dredge in flour then eggs and then bread crumbs.

Put in refrigerator until very cold.

Heat 1/2 nch butter and oil in a skillet.

Place very cold breaded cheese in hot oil and fry until golden. Turn once.

Serve immediately as they are or with Marinara Sauce.
