Ingredients:
1 cup crushed Corn Flakes, Bran Flakes, Rice Krispies or Special K cereal
1/2 cup raw or toasted hulled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup sliced or slivered almonds, toasted
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Cooking spray
1/2 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except honey in a medium bowl that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
2. Bring honey to a boil in small saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 8 minutes, until honey reaches 275º F (soft crack stage) on candy thermometer. If you don't have a candy thermometer, pour a little of the hot syrup into ice water - it should separate into hard but pliable threads that bend slightly before breaking.
3. Pour over cereal mixture and quickly stir to coat evenly. Press into an 8-by-8-inch pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Cool completely and cut into bars.
