1 1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
Blue cheese dressing
Louisiana hot sauce
Deli pizza crust
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil water in small pot.
2. Add carrots and celery to boiling water.
3. As soon as water starts to boil again remove and strain vegetables.
4. Put celery and carrots in a bowl. Add hot sauce (2-3 Tbsp), mix, and set aside.
5. Spread thin layer of blue cheese dressing on pizza crust. Top with celery, carrots, and cheese.
6. Bake at 375º until cheese is melted.

You can also use tortillas or sandwich wraps instead of deli crust.

For a more hearty meal you can add chicken breast as a topping. I like to coat the chicken with hot sauce, bake, and cut up into small chucks.
