4 c. chopped green and red bell peppers
4 c. chopped onions
4 c. chopped green tomatoes
4 c. chopped cabbage
3/4 c. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. tumeric
4 c. cider vinegar
4 c. sugar

Directions:

Chop (or use food processor set on coarse) bell peppers, onions, green tomatoes and cabbage. Sprinkle with 3/4 c. salt and refrigerate overnight. Remove and rinse well in cold water. Place in dutch oven and add celery seed, mustard seed, tumeric, cider vinegar and sugar. Mix well. Bring to boil and cook about 30 minutes. While hot, fill jars. Keep lids and rings hot. Seal jars tight.
