1 lb. lean hamburger, browned and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
3 cans beans, any kind or combination
3 cans Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies or 1 large can tomatoes and one 4 oz. can of chopped green chilies
1 can water
1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 envelope dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Any other vegetables as desired

Saute the onion and celery with the hamburger and then add: beans, Rotel, water, corn, taco seasoning, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, and any other vegetables. Simmer an hour or so, until vegetables are heated through. This freezes well. Serve with a dollop of fat-free yogurt if desired.
