1 - 8 oz. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. pepperoni, finely chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian or Greek seasoning
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
chopped black olives
chopped tomatoes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine ricotta, mayonnaise, and 1/2 c. mozzarella in medium size bowl. Stir in Parmesan, pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper. Mix well and spoon into ungreased ovenproof casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cup of mozzarella on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Serve hot with small rounds of Italian bread or baguettes. Place olives and tomatoes in dishes for garnishing tops of bread rounds.
