1 box of instant vanilla pudding

1/2 c. oil

2 sticks of margarine

1/2 c. orange juice

Directions:
Grease and flour bundt pan and put chopped pecans in bottom. Mix other cake ingredients and pour over pecans. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes.

Time this to be ready when cake comes out of the oven. Mix topping ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Pour hot topping onto cake as soon as you take it out of the oven. Poke holes all around cake with a knife. Let stand for 2 - 3 hours before serving.

Personal Notes:
Instead of the yellow cake mix and orange juice, I tried a spice cake mix and apple juice. But the best was a devil's food mix and Coco Lopez coconut cream with a little coconut thrown in with the pecans!
