Shrimp with Linguine Recipe

1 1/2 stick of butter
6 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (rinsed,dried and chopped)
*salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon (juiced)
2/3 cup of chardonnay
3/4 lb broccoli (cut into small flowerettes pre-steamed)
2 plum tomatoes (seeded and copped fine)
1 1/2 lbs of shrimp (shells removed and deveined)
1 lb linguine

1. Pre-heat sauce pan on med adding 1/2 stick of butter and garlic, stir for 1 min

2. Turn heat to med-high and add shrimp cooking for 3 more minutes

3. Add the juice of 1 lemon and wine reduce by half about three more minutes

4. Add red pepper, broccoli,salt,pepper and tomatoes. cook for one more minute

5.Finish with one stick of butter

6.Toss with fresh parsley and linguine
