Ingredients:  
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
* fresh parsley to taste (rinsed,dried and chopped)
* salt and pepper to taste
3 cups roasted red bell pepper sauce (see index)
1/4 lb fresh button mushrooms (sliced)
1/4 lb of hard salami (sliced)
2/3 lb hot capicolle (sliced)
* grated Romano cheese to taste
1 lb medium pasta shells

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat a large sauce pan adding the olive oil to medium heat

2. Add the garlic,salami,capicolle,mushrooms,salt and pepper, cook for 5min.

3. Add 3 cups of roasted red bell pepper sauce and cook for 30 min on low simmer

4. Toss with grated cheese and pasta

5. Top with fresh parsley
