1 box lasgna noodles
16 oz. container Cottage Cheese - small curd
1 lb. Mozzella cheese, shredded
2 containers (26 oz. each) spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Italian Sausage, browned and drained
1 8 oz can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles as directed by package. Brown and drain Italian Sausage. In a 13 x 9 baking pan, begin layering ingredients beginning with noodles. Add sausage, then sauce; noodles, then cottage cheese and more sauce. Sprinkle mushrooms as you go along. Sprinkle with cheese as you go along. Pour remaining sauce and cheese on top. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours.
