12 small sausage links
hot water

Directions:
"Cut 2 acorn squashes in half. Hollow the squash out to the
beginning of the 'Meat'. Discard the pulp and seeds.

Place 12 small sausage links (3 to each squash half) in the
squash halves in large flat roasting pan filled with 1/2-inch of
hot water. Bake squash in pre-heated 350º oven for about
30 minutes. Squash will be tender and sausage brown.

This makes a good, inexpensive main dish meal."

Personal Notes:
Another thing I like to do with this recipe is pour a little REAL maple syrup over the sausages--yum!
