1 package of eggroll wrappers, spray Mazolla, 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheddar Cheese, 1 lb hot sausage, 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch (dry) dressing.
Directions:
Directions:
cut eggroll wrappers in squares. Push the squares into cup cake pans and spray all with Mazolla oil. Bake at 350º til light brown. 5-10 minutes. Mix 2 cups of the cheese and (browned and drained )sausage with the dry Hidden vally ranch dressing. Put this mixture into the cups on a cookie sheet.
Bake until cheese melts.

Find the eggroll wrap in the produce section.

this recipe comes from Ruth Monroe's sister in law in Kentucky. You need 2 packages of eggroll wrap to use up the sausage, cheese, and dressing. The wrap has to be cut into smaller squares to fit your muffin tins.
