3 T. cornstarch
3 c. chicken bouillon
2 c. chicken, cooked & diced
Steamed rice
Toppings: cheddar cheese, celery, onion, green peppers, tomatoes, peas, pineapple tidbits, olives, coconut, crunchy Chinese noodles, sliced almonds

Directions:

Mix cornstarch with a little water, stir until smooth and add to chicken bouillon and diced chicken. Cook until thickened. Build a haystack by starting with the steamed rice. Add chicken gravy mixture. Then add toppings as desired.
